3. Fan's Obligations The Fan agrees to:

  • Make regular monetary contributions to the Creator as specified on

4. Subscription

5. Subscriptions and Renewals

  • The Creator may engage subsidiaries or third-party service providers to assist in the creation and delivery of content and services.

  • The Creator will ensure that any subsidiaries or third-party providers adhere to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

7. Tax

  • All payments made by the Fan under this Agreement are exclusive of taxes.

  • The Fan is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by any governmental authority in connection with the payments made under this Agreement.

  • The Fan may refer other users to subscribe to the Creator's content on

  • The Creator Interaction Licence does not grant any Fan ownership rights to the Relevant Content.

12. Removal of Content

  • The Creator reserves the right to remove or modify content at their discretion. This includes content that may no longer align with the Creator's brand or content that may be subject to takedown requests.

  • The Fan understands that access to certain content may be limited or revoked if it is removed by the Creator.

13. Obligations between Creator and Fan in Creator Interactions

  • The Creator agrees to engage with the Fan in a respectful, professional, and positive manner.

  • The Fan agrees to interact with the Creator and other fans in a respectful and supportive manner, adhering to UnityMix.com's community guidelines.

  • Both Parties agree to resolve any disputes amicably and to maintain a positive environment within the community.

14. FIL Fee

  • "FIL Fee" refers to the 10% of all Fan Payments charged to Creators in accordance with the Terms of Use.

15. Severability

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Applicable Law and Forum for Disputes

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United states.

  • Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in New York,NY.

17. Cancellation and Refunds

  • The Fan may cancel their subscription at any time through

21. Content

  • "Content" refers to any material uploaded to by any user, including photos, videos, audio, livestream material, data, text, metadata, images, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes, and any other material whatsoever.

22. Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

23. Amendments

  • Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
