After being diagnosed with an auto-immune disease in my early thirties, I began managing it with lifestyle and nutritional changes, as well as re-assessing my daily skincare and body products. After seeing significant success with the approach I was taking, and with a strong desire to help and educate others, I re-trained in biochemistry. In 2018 I was shocked to learn I had melanoma skin cancer. This not only wholeheartedly changed my entire perspective on life, and what's important, but also gave me an intense interest in skin, and skin health. I subsequently re-qualified as an organic cosmetic formulator.

Flip the seat and pedals up, unlatch the handlebar and frame latches, fold the handlebar down, and then fold the bike in half. No need for instructions, I never looked. It is straightforward to accomplish. Putting it back together is as simple as reversing the steps I just outlined. If I wanted to do this as fast as possible, I am sure I could have this bike folded in under 10 seconds. So, yes, this bike folds up very well.
