Account Deletion Process

Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. You must confirm your intention to delete your account by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Account Closure: Once you confirm your intention to delete your account, we will close your account and remove your access to our platform.
Consequences of Account Deletion
Loss of Data: Deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all data associated with your account, including but not limited to, your profile information, posts, comments, and messages.
Termination of Services: Deleting your account will terminate your access to our services, including but not limited to, our platform, apps, and website.
Cancellation of Subscriptions: Deleting your account will cancel any active subscriptions or recurring payments associated with your account.
Post-Deletion
Account Recovery: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered or reinstated.
Residual Data: We may retain residual data, such as logs or analytics data, for a period of time after account deletion. This data will be anonymized and will not be linked to your personal information.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our platform after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
By deleting your account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
