With an extensive career spanning over two decades in the dynamic realm of financial services, Tripper has seamlessly transitioned from holding multiple leadership roles in executive management to answering a unique calling in the home care industry. Tripper's journey was ignited by a deeply personal experience, witnessing the challenges his grandparents faced in obtaining satisfactory caregiver services. Motivated by a profound desire to make a positive impact, he founded Sharp Home Care with a noble mission: to empower seniors to thrive and embrace life to the fullest, all while providing families with invaluable peace of mind.
