💥 Phase 2 (6-12 weeks):
Focuses on improving knee strength and stability with more dynamic exercises. Patients work on balance, coordination, and increasing the range of motion, while gradually reducing the use of crutches. Strengthening the quadriceps and hamstrings is key during this phase.
💪 Phase 3 (12-24 weeks):
This phase introduces advanced functional training and sports-specific exercises. Patients continue to build muscle strength and endurance, while preparing for a return to daily activities and eventually sports.
