As a Critical Care Physician Assistant during the midst of a global pandemic, I found that traditional alcohol-based hand sanitizers and frequent hand washing wreaked havoc on my skin. I found myself battling with dry, itchy and irritated hands while caring for my patients in the hospital, and I knew I needed to find a solution.
