In 1936, Mr. Rocco Fontanot, founder of Industrias Fontanot, emigrated to North America from Italy. Starting from a noticeably young age, Don Rocco learned the craft of “Palieria” (a technique of ironing used to trace, cut and join metal parts from sheets or plates) and honed his skills as a master craftsman, fabricating mobile carts for a wide array of industries and businesses.

Four generations later, Alejandro, Don Rocco’s great grandson, continues the family tradition fabricating mobile carts that cater the modern business environment, while still offering the old world quality and craftsmanship passed down from generations.
