Ultimate Bars is the brain child of Travis Crivaro and Guy Scharff, who have over 42 years of combined experience in the hotel, catering and restaurant business. The idea behind portable bars was conceived out of pure necessity. As owners of a full service beverage catering company, we realized that there were just not any good portable bars out there that were sturdy enough to handle the volume of business or durable enough to handle the tough industry. The only event bars available were heavy, bulky, ugly and not very functional. Moving ahead, we decided to build portable bars for ourselves and our sister company www.abouttownbartending.com. The whole concept was to build a portable bar that was functional, durable, portable and stylish. With lots of ideas and revisions over a long period of time, the products started to capture the attention of people and the most common question was “WOW, that’s pretty cool, how do I get one?” And that’s how Ultimate Bars was born.
