I am Gungun Pathak, the Security Manager at the Lake Hideout Hotel, the best hotel in Bhimtal. My job is to make sure every guest feels safe and has a great time during their stay.

I lead a team that works hard to keep the hotel secure. We watch over the hotel all day and night, checking cameras and being ready for any problems. Our main goal is to act quickly to keep everyone safe, including guests and staff.

I also enjoy helping guests feel welcome and at home. I’m always ready to answer questions or help with any concerns, making sure everyone feels comfortable. Creating a friendly atmosphere is just as important to me as keeping things safe.
